The all-new Ram goes 13 for '13 ? with 13 all-new and improved features:
1. Best-in-class fuel economy: 25 MPG Highway on Regular, Quad, and Crew Cab models with the 3.6L Pentastar V6.
a. New 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine (Ward's Automotive 10 Best Engines) features 42 percent more horsepower, 13 percent more torque and 25 percent better fuel economy when compared to the previous 3.7-liter V-6 powertrain.
b. 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 with Fuel Saver Technology and variable-valve timing provides 395 horsepower and 407 lb-ft of torque.
2. A class-exclusive eight-speed automatic transmission (TorqueFlite 8™) is operated by an innovative dash-mounted, Rotary Shifter that replaces the conventional shift lever mounted on the column or console, allowing for additional storage space.
3. First-in-segment Fuel Saving Technology: stop-start, thermal management system, pulse-width modulation and active aerodynamics, including Active Grill Shutters and Active Level™ Adjustable 4 Corner Air Suspension.
